Get on a Spring running journey with our three dynamic programs starting this May, 5th!

5K Run Program:

    • Target Race: Run for Women (May) & Canada Day Run (July).

10K Run Program:

    • Target Race: Canada Day Run (July).

21K Run Program:

    • Target Race: Races in September and October.


This training features tailored preparation for the 3 distances, combining expert guidance and a supportive community. Seize the opportunity to train with a dedicated community and set your sights on achieving your race goals.


The program will be emailed to the participant members.

Welcome to Running Sport, the most prominent activity in Agalateya Sports Club! Our running team is determined to help runners of all levels achieve their goals, whether running their first 5K or completing a Marathon. We offer a supportive and welcoming environment where runners can come together to improve their fitness, set new personal records, and make lasting connections with fellow runners.
Passionate coaches lead the Running and are dedicated to helping our members succeed. We also offer personalized training plans and lead group runs and workouts to help runners build strength, speed, and endurance.
In addition to our training programs and sports clinics, we offer a social community for our members to meet like-minded people.
