Beginners: Perfect for those new to swimming, this program will help you gain confidence in the water and develop basic swimming techniques.

Skills Enhancement: Take your swimming skills to the next level! This program focuses on refining your technique, improving strokes, and building efficiency in the water.

Endurance Training: This specialized program is designed for swimmers who swim continuously for 200m, maintain an average pace of 2.45, and aim to go longer with seamless efforts. The program will focus on fundamentals like breathing techniques, body rotation and alignment in the water. They are ultimately helping the swimmer to go longer with less effort. If you're up for the challenge, secure your spot now!

9 Sessions: The first session is the initial evaluation to fit you in the right program, followed by 8 comprehensive training sessions to practice and refine your skills, ensuring substantial progress.

Expert Coaches: Our professional, Certified and NCCP Trained and In-Training coaches bring their expertise to every session. Each program will have a dedicated coach, ensuring focused attention and guidance.

Structured Progression: With a carefully designed practice, you'll experience a structured and progressive approach to sharpen your skills and achieve personal records.
