Oakville Spring League (2024) Teams
Recreational Volleyball: is a casual and non-competitive sport played for enjoyment and social interaction. Competencies:

Passing (Bump): Can execute basic forearm pass with limited control.

Serving: Can execute basic overhand or underhand serve.

Setting: Understands the concept of setting but may struggle with accuracy.

Hitting (Spiking): Attempts basic hits with limited technique.

Blocking: Limited ability to block.

Agility: Basic movement patterns on the court.

Intermediate Volleyball: is a level of play that requires a moderate level of skill, incorporating more advanced techniques and strategies.
Competencies:

Passing (Bump): Consistent execution of forearm pass with improved accuracy.

Serving: Can perform various serves with better control.

Setting: Improved accuracy and consistency in setting the ball.

Hitting (Spiking): Execute a range of hitting techniques with better timing.

Blocking: Improved timing and understanding of opponent's attacks.

Agility: Better court awareness and movement.

Advanced Volleyball: volleyball players demonstrate exceptional skills with precise:

Hitting (Spiking): Mastered a variety of spiking techniques with power and precision.
